Services

We provide property preservation, inspections, vacant/REO property care, rental turnovers, lawn and debris services, and work-order fulfillment in the St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay area. Specific scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed in writing before work begins. Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted if site conditions differ from what was described.

Use of the website

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice. You agree not to misuse the Site or attempt to disrupt its operation.

Quotes and communication

Submitting the quote form does not create a binding contract. A service relationship begins only when we confirm scope and terms with you directly.

Licensing and insurance

Coral Coast Property Care LLC is an active Florida limited liability company and carries general liability insurance. A Certificate of Insurance and W-9 are available to clients on request.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, branding, and logo are the property of Coral Coast Property Care LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Site or our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
